Ton Up Day at Jacks Hill Cafe in Towcester, England was an event run soley by Chester's Family and very close friends, continuing the idea and celebrating the Life of the Late Johnny 'Chester' Dowling, working to preserve, share and celebrate youth and subculture history, from the Teds, Ton Ups and Rockers of the 1950’s and ‘60’s to the present day.
For 8 years until the passing of 'Chester' I had the priveladge to work with Chester and his family and friends and photograph Ton Up Culture at its finest.
